DA Fani Willis indicated that she is likely to present the Special Grand Jury report and other evidence regarding Donald Trump’s alleged election interference to a regular Georgia grand jury in Fulton County the week of August 14, 2023. DA Willis indicated that charging decisions in the matter are “imminent.” In recent weeks, multiple witnesses have been summoned to testify before the grand jury, a move that is expected to precede the final presentation of evidence.
